MINDFULNESS COURSE FOR STRESS REDUCTION
Mindfulness is a particular way of paying attention, in the present moment, in an accepting non-judgemental way. During the course we will be engaging in various activities to foster mindfulness and kindness. These include formal meditation practices, as well as small things we can do in the midst of our daily lives. If you want to reduce the level of stress in your life, work more effectively with stress, or simply wish to live well and further enhance the quality of your life, then this course is for you.
WHEN: 8 weekly sessions beginning Tuesday, June 4, 6:00pm – 8:30pm

FEE: $250 includes the Course Handbook and a set of CDs full of Mindfulness meditations and practices. $100 deposit upon registration.
